The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of existing chemical controller; 2. Supply and install one new BECSys7 chemical controller as manufactured by BECSys; 3. Connect new BECSys7 with existing VFDs and flow meters; 4. Provide 4 hours training session on-site to Pool Operators; 5. Provide cleanup of all project related debris; 6. Maintain the designated work

area in a clean state and free of any construction related debris; 7. Provide a final clean up to remove all construction related debris upon completion of work; and 8. Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Company shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator.
