FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES Project Description :The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select qualified and experienced facilities management services provider(s), with long term vision, and the ability to deliver and meet the current and future needs of the College. To meet our needs, the contract term that the College will entertain with the selected company(ies) will be for a five (5) year initial term, with the option to extend the agreement, upon mutual agreement, for an additional five (5) year
