The State Construction Department of the State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. on October 11, 2022 , for the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Bear River State Park Visitor Center Flooring Rehabilitatoin Project located in Evanston, Wyoming. This project will consist of flooring rehabilitation to include, demo/removal of existing flooring, floor drain repairs, and installation of new flooring. A NON-MANDATORY, but encouraged, pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 AM MDT on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 on site at 601 Bear River Drive, Evanston, WY. Bid Documents : The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: http://www.publicpurchase.com . Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming
forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2022. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2022, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00 , which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. October 11, 2022.
