Job Order Contract (JOC) - Middle-Mile Broadband Network Project

The Department hereby requests Proposals from Proposers interested in entering a contract for the Middle-Mile Broadband Network JOC (MMBN JOC) (Project) through a JOC Master Agreement. The Project, further defined in Appendix A, is intended to install broadband conduit, fiber, and required appurtenances in Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, Siskiyou, Trinity, Shasta, Tehama, Lassen, Plumas, Modoc, El Dorado, Placer, Sierra, Nevada, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sacramento, and Yolo counties at various locations as part of the Middle-Mile Broadband Network Program. Mandatory Prebid Meeting on 10/20/22, from 09:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Pacific Time. Proposers and Small Businesses must register no later than 11:59 p.m. on October 19, 2022, to receive the meeting link and password. Registration weblink is:
