Description: Bismarck Parking Authority Request for Proposals for Property Management Services The Bismarck Parking Authority is requesting written qualification proposals from professional property management firms to manage its properties, including surface parking lots, parking ramps, office space and commercial space. The selected firm will work in conjunction with, provide administrative support to and report to the Parking Authority. The scope of services will include managing parking facilities, leasing and managing office and commercial space, coordinating outside services, preparing operating budgets and financial reports, supporting monthly Parking Authority meetings and other related responsibilities. The selected firm will be an independent contractor responsible for hiring and supervising its own employees to perform the services, as the Parking Authority has no employees.
