Small Arms Maintenance Courses (SAM31) to USAREUR soldiers for USAG 7th ATC, CATC Grafenwoehr

409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Small Arms Maintenance Courses (SAM31) to USAREUR soldiers for USAG 7th ATC, CATC Grafenwoehr. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements type contract. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Grafenwoehr, Germany. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 05/25/2023. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/.The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from FBO and to frequently monitor Beta-SAM for any amendments.
