Design and construction for portions of Ashlan Avenue within these limits are currently being carried out by developers. This project will construct the remaining portions to complete street improvements along the alignment. The improvements will include widening of the westbound lanes to extend the number of travel lanes from one lane to two lanes, installing class II bicycle lanes, median, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and streetlights along the proposed alignment.
