Aircraft Pilot Coupling-Pilot Induced Oscillation (PIO) Training

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Aircraft Pilot Coupling-Pilot Induced Oscillation (PIO) Training (FAA29385) for Aircraft Certification Flight Test Pilots (FTP) and Flight Test Engineers (FTE) employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Award will be made to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with four (4), 1-year option periods.NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
