The selected firm shall have demonstrated previous experience in providing specified services for similar projects, preferably in Massachusetts. familiarize themselves with the detailed RFP.The Town Manager is the Awarding Authority and will consider only responsive proposals from responsible vendors. A responsive proposal is one that complies fully with all minimum criteria and all submission requirements as stated in the RFP and is the most advantageous to the Town based on the evaluation criteria. It is the intent of the awarding authority to award a contract within sixty (60) business days after receiving the proposals.The proposal must be submitted with two distinct components: Price Proposal and Non-Price Services Proposal. Each component must be in its own sealed, appropriately labeled envelope.THERE MUST BE NO MENTION OF THE APPLICANT'S FEE SCHEDULE IN THE NONPRICE SERVICES PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.
