This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for Mechanical Equipment and Systems Maintenance and Repair Services in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) below.3. IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5.The Government Anticipates awarding a Hybrid Firm Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods, as follows:Period of Performance:Base Period: Date of Award – 365 days after awardOption Period 01: 366 days after award – 731 days after awardOption Period 02: 732 days after award – 1,096 days after award4. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 238220 Size Standard: $19,000,000.00.5. Vendor shall use Enclosure 001: “W519TC-24-Q-4078 PRICE MATRIX” to submit its price quote. 6. Contract will be awarded IAW the addendum to FAR 52.212-2 to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, responsive, and responsible contractor whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable.7.
