PROJECT TITLE:  Bloomsburg University - Waller Administration Building Renovation
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  Construction of the new four level Waller Administration Building consisting of 133,000 SF. Includes classrooms, offices, labs, public areas and large central atrium. Sitework includes major underground piping, paving, and concrete work.
ESTIMATED RANGE:  Over $10,000,000.00.
Liquidated Damages = .1

General Construction = $5,000.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $270.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $500.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $1,250.00 per day.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, MAY 2, 2018 AT 2:00 PM, AT Student Recreation Center, Behind Buckingham Maintenance Center, Lightstreet Road, Route 487, Bloomsburg, PA, 17815
Pick up parking pass at Maintenance Center Building. Two parking lots behind Maintenance Building. Use entry at NW side of Rec Center
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.  Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
