Consultant of Record Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms seeking to provide the following services for OUC on an as-needed basis: Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiencies through the evaluation of on-going operations and recommend improvements or potential new projects or programs within OUC’s various business units. The selection process will result in a contract award to qualified consulting firm, or firms, to provide services within one or more of the eleven (11) specified areas of expertise indicated in Section 2. Consulting firms awarded contracts will be utilized for potential future work within the firm’s awarded consulting area or areas of expertise on an as-needed basis. These future work projects may be small or large in scope, with the scope of work determined as the need arises. OUC may elect to retain one Contractor to perform these services or multiple Contractors depending on business need. No specific amount of work is guaranteed to any Consultant
