Developing and implementing a staff survey to establish willingness to utilize the daycare facility services as planned and determine potential volume of required services; iii. Generating recommendations to leadership detailing the demand for childcare services, current market, various childcare service options, operating and management model

options, estimated budgets/expenses; iv. Supporting the potential development of a RFP for childcare operation and management services, assisting in analyzing proposals up to final selection and award.
