Pre-Qualification for Professional Services

Purpose: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, herein after “City”, is seeking an agreement withqualified Individuals, Firms, or Corporations, herein after “Respondents”, to provide ProfessionalServices for the City of Leander. The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) fromqualified Respondents with municipal experience and expertise in the technical areas of engineeringfor the following categories of service:• Traffic and Roadway Engineering Design and Analysis• Water and Wastewater Design and Analysis• Drainage Systems Design and Analysis• Structural Design and Analysis• Geotechnical Investigation and Design• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Design and Analysis• Landscape Architect, Design and Analysis• Environmental and Hazardous Materials Analysis• Land Surveying• Plan Review• Architectural, Design and Analysis• General Engineering - small municipal projects that are multi-disciplinary in nature. Thedesign may include, but not be limited to, land surveying, street and/or intersectionimprovements, storm drainage systems which may include piping, inlets, culverts, channels,detention ponds, and water quality controls, utility relocation, parking lot improvements,sidewalks, gateway signage, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) ramps and crosswalks orother miscellaneous
