50862 Proposal to enter into a Land Use Permit at the Skagway Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to allow the use of a strip of land approximately 17 feet wide and 27 feet long known as Parcel A (ADA-50862) at Skagway Airport for five years. Applicant: Paul Swanstrom (operating as Mountain Flying Service LLC). Authorized uses: Aeronautical - placement of a mobile fuel truck for self fueling aircraft.
Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 10, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the land use Permit. The Department's decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
