Dynamic Optimization for Defense of Ground bases with Electromagnetic warfare (DODGEball)

DARPA seeks innovative proposals for the Dynamic Optimization for Defense of Ground bases using Electromagnetic warfare (DODGEball) program. The DODGEball objective is to dynamically optimize countermeasures for the defense of ground bases with advanced feedback sensors. Execution of DODGEball will likely include developing algorithms, sensor hardware, and models to be evaluated in a simulation environment.
