DARPA seeks innovative proposals for the Dynamic Optimization for Defense of Ground bases using Electromagnetic warfare (DODGEball) program. The DODGEball objective is to dynamically optimize countermeasures for the defense of ground bases with advanced feedback sensors. Execution of DODGEball will likely include developing algorithms, sensor hardware, and models to be evaluated in a simulation environment. See instructions in section 1.3 to request the classified addendum for further program information.DODGEball is a 21-month program organized into a single Base Period with the potential for follow-on Expansion period(s).
