Professional Services - Special Counsel for the Township of Cherry Hill

The Special Counsel duties shall include, but not limited to, serving as legal advisor to the Council and Mayor on all matters of Township business; draft or approve as to form and sufficiency all legal documents, contracts, deeds, ordinances and resolutions made, executed or adopted by or on behalf of the Township; represent Township in judicial and administrative proceedings, etc. Please see specifications for qualifications, etc. Contract to commence on/or about April 1, 2023 for a one (1) year
