COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION : New Admin Building Furniture (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number: 36C25621Q0352 (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 / 01-19-2017. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 337214. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for
purchase of the following commercial services: Contractor shall furnish office furniture for the MEDVAMC, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77030 (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: This requirement includes healthcare furniture, design, project and professional installation. Healthcare furnishings include, modular workstations, modular desk, filing and storage systems, task seating, furniture accessories and related services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision as requested. (b) The place of acceptance will be: VA Medical Center 2002 Holcombe Blvd Houston, Texas 77030 Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 2:30 P.M.
