Brief Description: The Real Estate Commission proposes to update regulations regarding applications and instructor approval requirements.The Real Estate Commission (Commission) proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code including the following:
12 AAC 64.059. Review of license applications, is proposed to remove the notarized signature requirements for license applications.
12 AAC 64.440. Instructor approval, is proposed to update the time period that a person who applies for an initial instructor certification from January 1 through
