This project is for planning and preliminary design of pedestrian bridge at Stafford Drive over Highway 3 and CP Railway. It will also evaluate widening the sidewalk from 3 Avenue North to and across Highway 3 and CP Rail to 1st Avenue South tying into the 2009 Cycling Corridor Function Plan. The consultant will lead planning and design which will produce a conceptual plan and preliminary design for a safer multi-use overpass that can proceed to construction as soon as a funding source becomes available. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 16 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/07/27.
