The scope of this request is specific to generator services. If multiple Contractors are selected, the University will endeavor to divide the work based upon the needs of the campus and the experience and expertise of the Contractors. Other Details Please refer to Exhibit C in the RFP for a more detailed SOW CSUN’s objective is to pre-qualify a contractor to provide maintenance services for the University with maintenance, repair, non-maintenance, and emergency services for the scope of work described herein, on an authorized basis with Time & Material, Not to Exceed (“NTE”) figures associated with each Work Authorization. Work with the campus in accordance with the documents referenced herein to perform routine maintenance, non-maintenance, and emergency services to the campus inventory of building systems. Provide routine Maintenance, Non- Maintenance (definition of Project) as described in the CSU Contracting Methods for Maintenance Task Guidelines dated 11/27/12. All routine maintenance, repairs, non-maintenance and emergency services shall be performed by a qualified Trade worker whom shall have provided evidence of qualifications. b. All operations shall be performed in compliance with the University’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (“IIPP”). c. Provide Emergency Services on an “as needed” basis using the “Work Authorization Process. Each Work Authorization shall be separately authorized per project; each work authorization will cover one project. Work Authorization shall be approved prior to completing the work. Each Work Authorization shall have an agreed upon, cost, start and end date that considers the University's operational needs and lead-time of parts. Any additional work not identified in the initial Work Authorization must be approved in writing by the University prior to proceeding with the work. If additional work is approved, an Amendment will be issued. Each amendment shall identify a new Not to Exceed figure, and if applicable and approved by the University, a new end date for the additional work. d.
