INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice hereby given that sealed Proposals For # 24-13, Competitive Contracting Request For Proposals (“CCRFP”) for Lease of land at Camden Waterfront and Concession Services for the County of Camden, will be received, opened and read in public by the Camden County Division of Purchasing, at the 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102 on Friday April 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. Copies of the CCRFP documents may be obtained by registering to download all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238, where applicable. All Contractors are responsible for obtaining complete CCRFP documentation from the County at the address listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the CCRFP documentation, the CCRFP documentation shall control.
