The Cosmed Quark CPET System will provide (one-time) an additional cardiopulmonary exercise testing suite to be used for clinical evaluations at the Airborne Hazards Center of Excellence (AHCE) at the New Jersey War Related Illness and Injury Study Center (WRIISC). Importantly, the Cosmed Quark CPET System is an extension of and integrates with our current/existing Cosmed cardiopulmonary equipment, supplies and disposable equipment. This is an urgent procurement. Market research was conducted and determined that sole sourcing this requirement is in the best

interest of the Government.
