Initial base year rental of one hundred and fourteen (114) commercial telephone lines on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) and internet services at the Djiboutian Navy pier in Djibouti. Background.  CLDJ N6 has had commercial telephone services provided for use on the installation in order to conduct UNCLASSIFIED mission critical communications for worldwide calling. The current contract has been extended to the max time allowable and a new contract is needed in order to continue these services.
