Early outreach activities are defined in this Scope of Work. Following the development of our final work program, additional outreach activities will be determined and implemented through an Outreach and Engagement Request to the selected consultant. SOW: The selected consultant is expected to contribute innovative ideas and strategies, develop and implement a comprehensive REAP 2021 outreach program and maximize participation through various outreach efforts. The consultant will report directly to SCAG’s Community Engagement Specialist (Project Manager) but also have broader support from SCAG’s REAP 2021 program staff. With support from SCAG staff, the consultant will take the lead on developing work plans, timelines and producing deliverables in support of the outreach tasks and activities. The consultant proposals shall include a comprehensive overview of strategic and tactical approach to each named task, and consultant experience in each area.
