Other Details See RFQual Document at "Documents" tab for complete submittal instructions. All required sections and forms of the RFQual must be submitted via PlanetBids. Proposer is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic Statement of Qualifications (SOQs). The Bid Management System will not accept late SOQs and no exceptions shall be made. Proposers will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that their SOQ was submitted successfully. The City will only receive those SOQs that were transmitted successfully.
