Scope of Services
The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide solid waste and recycling services for 22 library facilities operated by the SPLA. The Library is accepting proposals for a three (3)-year contract through July 28, 2025.

The Sacramento Public Library Authority has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a new e-Procurement platform, to create a portal that will allow you to view all bid opportunities, receive notifications of bidding opportunities and submit bids to the Library electronically.
