Incomplete submissions will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from the selection process. • Site 1 – Lake Matthews Plant, 18250 La Sierra Avenue Riverside, CA 92503 • Site 2 – Henry J. Mills Water Treatment Plant, 550 E. Alessandro Boulevard Riverside, CA 92508 • Site 3 – Robert A. Skinner Water Treatment Plant, 33740 Borel Road, Winchester, CA 92596 • Site 4 – Diamond Valley Lake/Wadsworth Pumping Plant, 3375 Newport Road, Winchester, CA 92596 Design consultants, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or affiliated construction contractors, will be precluded from bidding on the construction projects for which they have provided preliminary or final design services. Other Details Metropolitan requires a Meraki Wireless LAN (WLAN) to provide optimal coverage throughout its facilities. Metropolitan envisions a scalable and modular system providing a state-of-the-art wireless access layer to our IT Infrastructure to support current and future needs. Notes Consultant shall produce a design with sufficient engineering details for an implementation and installation bid. The details include, but are not limited to, the following information: • Layout plans to show locations of new and modified equipment/devices • Wi-Fi survey data (signal strength/heat map/data rates/throughput /channel overlap/ Signal to Noise Ratio (SnR)/interference/etc.) • Meraki Configuration guidance as needed • Recommendation of best practices • Items that were not studied and should be considered in the final design • An As-Built upon completion of design • After the Wi-Fi design is implemented, a Post Implementation Survey validation will be required and must be part of the RFP cost proposal.
