This announcement constitutes a Pre-Solicitation notice in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2 The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for Cultural Resources Services. This solicitation is set aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541990, with a size standard for small business of $15 million dollars.On or about 7 July 2017, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for WOSB Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Cultural Resources Services, with a total contract capacity of $9,900,000.00. The contract type for this requirement will be firm fixed price.The work will be for qualified WOSB contractors who have experience and meet qualifications to perform the following services: (1) Phase I Surveys, (2) Phase II National Register of Historic Places (NHRP) Eligibility Studies, (3) Phase III Data Recovery and Mitigation Services, (4) Laboratory Analysis,
(5) Maritime Archaeological Services including Remote Sensing, NHRP Evaluation and Maritime History, (6) Architectural History Services including Archival Research, Oral History, and Cultural Ethnography and (7) Public Interpretation Services including Graphic Design, Publications, Documentaries, Outdoor Displays, Training, and Museum Displays and Support.Please be advised of on-line registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-Line Representations and Certifications. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
