The FAA requires a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) structured interview tool that allow users to generate interview guides from a database of FAA-provided behavior-based, job-related competency profiles and corresponding interview questions with rating benchmarks. The desired system should be ready-to-use cloud-based system, be capable of supporting at least 50 competencies and 1,000 questions that assess those competencies across entry level, management and executive roles.
