Strategically establishing new and expanding current partnerships with community organizations will be a key component in helping individuals and families work towards self-sufficiency and supporting key quality-of-life indicators in a more effective manner. The Quality-of-Life Needs Assessment will provide the background necessary to develop a comprehensive priority programming policy that meets the needs of current and future participants and residents. It will also provide a framework for an updated set of objectives, desired outcomes, strategies, and priorities to be considered in future action years of the Commission’s current Plan, the Commission’s future strategic planning cycles and other related policy initiatives.
