6515--Data Analysis Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Research and Development, intends to contract on a sole source basis with AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC to provide a continuation of data analysis services for the study examining Eating Disorders in Veterans. The services must continue to be from the same contractor in support of the Primary Investigator (PI) Dr. Shira Maguen, R&D Department, at the San Francisco VA Medical Center (VAMC) in San Francisco, California. Dr. Maguen currently utilizes the services of AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC on NCIRE and UCSF funded studies. SF VAMC R&D has IRB approval for AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC to continue analysis on study #18-25576 and he s completed several preliminary data analysis. AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC regularly accesses study data and Veteran information. SF VAMC R&D is in the last year of their study and must continue to have the same company for analysis. In order to maintain continuity and compatibility with previous results and studies, AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC must provide the services again for the final analysis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST.
