6100015678 Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal for Annual Contract for Auction Services for Auto Vehicles & Equipment The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for an independent contractor to operate auction services to dispose of vehicles and off-road equipment owned by the City when the City is ready to retire said equipment. The contractor will provide management services to coordinate retrieval of the item, public marketing to sell the item, auction sale to the highest bidder, revenue collection, and coordinate title transfer. The contractor must follow the standards set by the National Auctioneers Association for record keeping, operations, and arbitrage.
