The Work shall generally include the operation of two kitchens located at Arch and Summit with the purchase, preparation, sales, marketing and service of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other related food items for SCC catered and non-catered

events utilizing SCC event spaces. The Work will include the operation of permanent concessions stands, portable food service outlets and a retail outlet located at Summit at 1017 Olive Way. The Work also includes operation of the two SCC Uniform Rooms located at Arch and Summit. The Work does not include any involvement in food services offered by SCC retail tenants, but may include temporary use of available retail spaces to fulfill catering needs for large events that are maximizing use of the existing facilities. On occasion, the Work may include a street permit and outdoor public food operations on a closed street for large public food & beverage events occupying both Arch and Summit in a campus environment.
