Tennessee Technological University (“Tennessee Tech”) is seeking proposals for an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide a higher education Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Tennessee Tech University, through this RFP, seeks a robust and scalable CRM system for the recruitment of prospective students, both Undergraduate and Graduates students (domestic and international). The CRM must enable Tennessee Tech to maintain customized and automated communication with each student according to the student status in the funnel. Tennessee Tech intends to implement comprehensive services for the purpose of building the inquiry pool, recruiting students to apply, application management, admitting students, in addition to the management of all events on campus including campus visit program, Preview Days, Showcases, etc. The proposed CRM Solution shall be easy to implement, have a single point of support, and keep pace with future commerce opportunities
