2022-08 dated 09/23/2022 and DFARS change notice dated 09/29/2022. This purchase is being solicited as a full and open competition. This NAICS code is 316210 and the size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is for a Running shoes and ruck boots BPA brand name or equal as stated below. This solicitation will result in a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA’s) being fulfilled and paid by monthly “calls” utilizing a Government Purchase Card (GPC).
