The City of Boulder City, Nevada, a municipal corporation located at 401 California Avenue, Boulder City, Nevada (the “City”) is seeking proposals from Respondents who are knowledgeable in and have the ability to plan, finance, develop, construct, maintain and operate a cellular communications tower Facility. The City is seeking proposals from Respondents to develop, operate and maintain the new cellular communications tower facility as a simple land lease from the City. The City must comply with Nevada Revised Statutes relating to the disposal of property, and the minimum acceptable lease value is Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) per month.
