Addendum 3 - Fix formula error on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. Addendum 2 - Change Contact person for Group 14 LAC Addendum 1 - Correct a Email Contact for LAC. The Contractor shall provide all maintenance, inspection, repair and replacement necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency. The Contractor¿s service performed shall be during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet or at a date and time mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the Contract Liaison or designee, excluding State holidays. At the discretion of the State, it may allow access to the equipment during non-business hours when necessary, see Section 5 non-business hours.
