Privacy and Release of Information Services` Project Description :Campus Wellness provides health care in the form of primary medical care, counselling, and mental health services to University of Waterloo students and their dependents using a collaborative approach. Our department is comprised of over 120 staff and independent contractors. We consist of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Counsellors, and a Dietician who all document their visits in our Accuro EMR system.
