Interested parties must respond to this solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.  Interested parties are responsible for monitoring beta.sam.gov regularly for release of any future amendments.Title:   Safe Healthcare, Epidemiology, and Prevention Research Development (SHEPheRD) Program  IDIQ 2021The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID), Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP) is issuing a solicitation for scientific and technical
services in support of the division’s public health programs. The Safe Healthcare, Epidemiology, and Prevention Research Development (SHEPheRD) Program is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that will provide the CDC scientific, technical, and management expertise, and related services as they relate to healthcare epidemiology research. Contractors may compete to participate under a single or multiple domains.This requirement is Full and Open under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes listed below.  The resultant award is expected to be a multiple award Time and Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (LH), Cost Reimbursement (CR) or a combination thereof IDIQ contract.  The period of performance will be one 60-month base period.  The total contract ceiling price is $99,000,000.00 for all task orders awarded under the multiple IDIQ contract awards. There is a total guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per IDIQ contract awarded.The anticipated NAICS codes for this are the following:• 541618 Other Management Consulting Services (small business defined as $16.5 Million in average annual receipts)• 541713 Research and Technology in Nanotechnology (1000 employees) • 611310 Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools (small business defined as $30 Million in average annual receipts)• 621492 Kidney Dialysis Centers ($41.5 Million)• 622110 General Medical and Surgical Hospitals (small business defined as $41.5 Million in average annual receipts)• 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) (small business defined as $30 Million in average annual receipts)All proposals must be received on or before the due date 2:00 PM, 8 April 2021.
