Renovation of Interior Room for Sheriff Office

Sealed bids are invited for:  Pittsylvania County Sheriff’s Department – Office Renovation:  interior renovation of approx. 775 sq. ft., selective demolition work and other items as described in the Contract Documents. B I.            The bid opening will take place in the Conference Room, 1 Center Street, Chatham, Virginia at 2:00 P.M., July 22, 2020.  All bidders are invited to attend.  Any late bids will be returned unopened. Bid Bond required. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are required in the amount of 100% of the contract price. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM EST at the project site.  Site visits may be arranged at other times by contacting the Central Purchasing Department. Bid documents may be obtained online by contacting Connie Gibson with Pittsylvania County Central Purchasing Department and/or visiting the County’s website.  Bidders are responsible for printing documents, or Solex Architecture can provide a printed set for a $200 non-refundable fee, plus shipping.  No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids.  Pittsylvania County encourages proposals from small, minority, and female-owned businesses and does not discriminate on any basis. Pittsylvania County reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals.
