This request for quote (RFQ) shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind on behalf of the Federal Government. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) reserves the right not to proceed with issuing a BPA, or multiple BPAs, if it is determined to be in the best interest not to do so. The BPA does not obligate funding, nor commit the Government to a minimum order. All funding will be obligated on a Firm Fixed Price Not to Exceed (NTE) on subsequent BPA Call (BPC)
