This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 & 13.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and no further written solicitation will be issued.This solicitation 1333BJ23Q01150001 is issued as an RFQ. This request for quote (RFQ) shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind on behalf of the Federal Government. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) reserves the right not to proceed with issuing a BPA, or multiple BPAs, if it is determined to be in the best interest not to do so. The BPA does not obligate funding, nor commit the Government to a minimum order. All funding will be obligated on a Firm Fixed Price Not to Exceed (NTE) on subsequent BPA Call (BPC)
