below.-----------------------------------------------------------------Addendum #002, which provides answers to written questions received by the Department, adds Section 2.1.10, Revises Section 3.1 Delivery, and adds Attachment IV - Window Elevation, which has been uploaded below.------------------------------------------------------------------Addendum #001, which revises Section 2.1.1, Aluminum Windows, has been uploaded below.------------------------------------------------------------------The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure Responsive Bids, from Responsible Bidders, to provide aluminum windows, that meet or exceed performance requirements indicated in this ITB, for Jefferson Correctional Institution (CI) located at 1050 Big Joe Road, Monticello, Florida 32344. The successful Bidder shall furnish only the products specified. Installation is not required. The Department will issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the awarded Bidder upon award of this solicitation.Pursuant to Executive Order 20-52 and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, visitors are not permitted to attend the bid opening in person. Bidders may attend the bid opening remotely via teleconference.

Pursuant to Section 287.057(23), Florida Statutes: Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
