The purposes of this Request for Information are:

1)  Provide notification that Canyons School District (CSD) will be issuing a competitive solicitation for a
Ca (1) Proactive Recruitment System (2) Application Tracking (3) Onboarding (4) Professional Learning Management and Resources, and (5) Employee Absence Management System in the near future.  We will do such using a procurement solution called ION Wave.  See one of the attachments to register.  There is no cost for you to participate.
2)  Collect contact information for suppliers that have a
CMMS solution.  Please provide:
          Company Name
          Address
          Contact individual(s) with

contact info - telephone # and email(s).
3)  Web addresses for solution that you would offer.
4)  Lastly, a very short introduction of your company and your solution
5)  DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PRICING.


New Procurement Platform for
Canyons School District
Supplier Registration Required

Canyons School District
 is pleased to announce a new online procurement platform for the solicitation of goods and services. 
 
If you are interested in doing business with the Canyons School District, you will need to 
register
 as a supplier to receive notifications when new solicitations are posted.
 
PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge to use this platform.

Currently the District uses multiple vendors to address some of the issues: e.g. teachers.teachers.com/K12JobSpot, VidCruiter, CANVAS, internal programs, and Frontline Education – Absence Management.

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide a fully functional, out of the box customizable/computerized system with three or more of the following software platform/system(s): (1) Proactive Recruitment System (2) Applicant Tracking, (3) Onboarding, (4) Professional Learning Management and Resources, and (5) Employee Absence Management for the Human Resources Department (HR) in the Canyons School District.

Mandatory minimum requirements that must be met in order for a proposal to be considered responsive.
* Proposer has read and agreed to CSD Terms and Conditions (attached in ION Wave)
* Proposer can offer three or more of the software platform/system(s)
* Proposers’ solution must interface with Skyward, CSD’s ERP system
* Proposers must be able to respond to a call from CSD within 4 hours
* Proposers must be able to provide technical support during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., MT.)
 

SCOPE OF WORK The solution(s) will simplify recruitment, applicant tracking, onboarding, online training, and employee absence management for the School District to maximize its resources, resulting in increased activity and productivity. The solution must provide a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. The system will streamline the interaction and improve communication between applicants, hiring managers/supervisors, human resources, schools & departments.
