Solicitation Description: Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP)  for Texas Tech University ("TTU") 2022-1024 Supplemental Temporary Staffing Services – Additional will be received electronically at site listed below until 4:00 PM Central, Thursday, January 20, 2022. Electronic submission is the mandatory submittal method.  Responses received after the opening time and date will be rejected as non-responsive. Answers to all respondent questions that are deemed not answered in the proposal specifications will be answered in the form of addenda posted in TechBid
