The Town of Fairfield Selectboard is seeking proposals for a formal energy audit of Fairfield’s Common School building at 52 Soule Drive. This audit will help us plan renovations by guiding us on energy efficiency improvements that can be made to the building. Fairfield’s Common School was originally built as the Town Hall and was used as classroom space from 1828-2020. Currently, the facility is being used by the Historical Society and Recreation Committee Programs. Please include and any certifications from the Building Performance Institute or any other professional certifications in your bid
