Due to technical issues involving the receipt of proposals, RFP 273FCC20R0002 is being amended  (A03) to allow offerors to resubmit their technical and price proposals.The technical and price proposal volumes must be submitted via separate emails, in accordance with Section L.2.3, Proposal Submission, but they must now be sent to the following email address: <ADSSProposals@fcc.gov> with the subject line "273FCC20R0002-ADSS.Volume#.contractor name.
