2024 Bridge Repair Project
PUBLIC BID ADVERTISEMENT (ELECTRONIC BIDDING)
Electronic bids will be due through the Lucas County bidding system at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/36500/home
by 10:00 am local time on Thursday, December 14, 2023 and opened immediately thereafter for the performance on all labor, in compliance with section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2024 Bridge Repair Project..
To submit a bid, plans and specifications are to be downloaded from the Lucas County bidding system link provided. Registration through the bidding service is required.
All bidders must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the type of work required by this project.

NOTE: You must submit a bid bond electronically with your bid through Bid Express. However, low bidder must submit original prior to award of project. If you choose to submit a certified check or cashier's check in lieu of a bid bond, you must submit your check PRIOR to the close of the bid to Jody Balogh, Clerk of the Board, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio, 43604.
