R:2022-097 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE DESIGN, PRODUCTION, AND INSTALLATION OF WAYFINDING SIGNS FOR THE CITY OF DEL RIO DUE JANUARY 3, 2023 BY 3:00 PM The City of Del Rio is interested in obtaining proposals from qualified firms to design, produce and install wayfinding signs. The City seeks an experienced and effective firm that minimizes City costs, maximizes the use of technology, provides excellent customer service, and provides a thorough proposal. The City of Del Rio is interested in obtaining 3-D renderings of their designs that can be reviewed by a committee. Vendor will provide the design, manufacturing, and installation once the project has been awarded. Award will be made based on the evaluation criteria as stated in the RFP. The City will be accepting sealed proposals up until 3:00 PM on JANUARY 3, 2023 Proposals can be mailed or hand delivered. No electronic transmission of proposals is accepted. All proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will be

returned unopened. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any proposal submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for proposals (RFP) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFP. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. Proposals cannot be altered or amended after submission deadline.
