Project Management for Bon Air Road Bridge Replacement Offsite Mitigation

The City of Larkspur is accepting statements of qualifications to Project Management and Contract Administration services for the federally funded Bon Air Road Bridge Replacement Project and its associated offsite mitigation measures. Construction of the bridge replacement is scheduled to begin in early fall 2014, continuing through summer of 2017. Offsite mitigation measures have been identified, and the City is soliciting design services separately. It is anticipated that design of the mitigation measures will be completed in 2014 for construction between 2015 and 2016. SEALED SOQ’s will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 400 Magnolia Avenue, 2 nd Floor, Larkspur, California, 94939, until the hour of 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2014. SOQ’s will NOT be publicly opened and read. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting.
